Defiance Stamping serves the needs of the following markets: automotive, trucking, and agriculture. EDM and multi-axis CNC, as well as CAD/CAM technologies, represent Defiance Stamping’s focus in the broader stamping industry. Today's stamping market demands product design assistance, rapid turnaround on production tooling and prototyped parts, well defined quality systems, and cost-effective precision stamping services.
Defiance Stamping is pleased to provide to the market these base level expectations and more. Our ability to generate and provide distinctive solutions to our customer base gives us an exclusive position in the stamping industry. We are a custom metal stamping company. At any given time, it is not unusual that several of the projects in production at Defiance Stamping were in rough conceptual stage upon our initial contact with the customer. Although we can, and do, provide parts per print, numerous customers choose to trust our mastery with regards to our stampings. Blanking, sheet metal forming, coining, welding, E-coating, plating, machining, threading, and heat treating of production parts are all part of what we do at Defiance Stamping. The metal stamping industry has gone beyond competitive. More and more jobs are now outsourced to other countries. Here in the United States, success in the metal stamping industry will be determined by willingness to work in niche markets and/or change the scope of available offerings.
Since its origin, Defiance Stamping has continually provided wide-ranging support to its customers on technically "impossible" projects.
